While at work, I have to constantly be professional, and stay focused on the patient. So this is my outlet, a place to give my dirty thoughts a chance to air themselves out.

So this is just a collection of pictures, comments and occasional true story representing the thoughts going through my head inbetween patients or on rounds, most of them dirty.

I tend to be drawn to nice backsides,,waiting to be fucked photos, and people that look like they are enjoying themselves, so that's what you will mostly find here.
